Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at catering@oudrestaurant.sg. Note that there is a cutoff time for changes to orders, but we always try our best:
- More than 3 working days notice: A 3% payment processing fee applies.
- Less than 3 working days notice: A 50% charge on your entire order for cancellations, and a 50% food wastage charge for changes. An additional $30 administrative fee also applies.
- Less than 1 working day notice. No refunds. An additional $30 administrative fee also applies.
Refunds may be issued in credits or via your original payment method, at the discretion of our team.
Civility Policy
We believe in treating everyone with respect—especially our team members. Please be courteous and kind. We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse service if this basic standard of civility is not upheld.
Delivery Policy
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout, but please note these are not guaranteed. Delivery timing may vary due to factors such as high order volume, frequency of delivery to certain areas, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For buffet set-ups (if applicable), delivery will arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 mins earlier to allow for set-up time.
In the event of bad weather or unexpected delays, Food delivery time is subject to +/- 30 minutes difference, a member of the OUD team will contact you directly to provide updates.
Additional delivery charges apply for locations in Jurong Island and Sentosa.
