1. Is Oud Halal?
We are a Muslim-friendly establishment.
2. What are the serving hours?
Serving hours: 10:30AM to 8:00PM
Our kitchen are open everyday (except for Hari Raya Aidil Fitri and Hari Raya Aidil Ad-ha).
3. Is my credit card information safe?
Absolutely. Oud does not store any of this sensitive information on our servers. We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Orders
1. What is the ordering lead time?
Orders should be placed at least 5 weekdays before the event. This is to allow us time to plan ahead to ensure a smooth catering experience.
2. What happens if i need to cancel or change my order?
More than 3 working days notice: A 3% payment processing fee applies
Less than 3 working days notice: A 50% charge on your entire order for cancellations, and a 50% food wastage charge for changes. An additional $30 administrative fee also applies.
Less than 1 working day notice. No refunds. An additional $30 administrative fee also applies
3. When can you expect your food to arrive?**
We’ve segmented our orders by the hour – expect to receive your food anytime within the selected time slot.
Delivery window: Any time from **45 – 75 mins**.
4. How do I know whether my order is confirmed?**
You will find an order confirmation in your email inbox. Kindly check your junk box too.
5. Can I make changes to my order?**
Please reach out to us at catering@oudrestaurant.sg. Note that there is a cutoff time for changes to orders, but we always try our best!

Food
1. What happens if I am not around when the courier arrives with my meal?**
We will call or text you when we arrive, let us know if you would like us to leave the meal at your door.
2. Do you provide a warmer bag for my order?
We provide warmer bags for all mini buffet and bento orders which keeps the meals warm until they reach you.
3. What is the food consumption period?
Food is best consumed within 2 hours and 15 minutes upon delivery. Classic Buffet teardown will commence after this period. We will dispose of any leftovers during the teardown.
4. Can Oud cater to special dietary requirements?
Let us know in advance and we will always do our best to help.
Delivery
1. What are the delivery fees and extra charges?
Delivery fee is:
Classic Buffet: Delivery and setup fee: $80 ($87.20 w GST).
- Delivery will be waived for food orders above $1500 ($1635 w GST).
- Additional $10 is chargeable for delivery locations to Sentosa and Jurong Island on top of the delivery fee.
- If your location has no direct lift /ramp access and food/equipment needs to be carried upstairs, there will be a no-lift surcharge of $60-$120 w/o GST, based on the number of storeys . We shall not be held responsible for any damages during the set-up
Our latest teardown timing is at 10:30PM. Teardown after 10:30PM will be charged $120 ($130.80 w GST) per order. We only a l l ow a maximum of 1-hour extension charged at $30 ($32.70 w GST). We reserve the right to teardown at our next available time slot .
Request for collection of catering equipment o n t h e following day will be charged at $100–$200 w/o GST per trip .
Early delivery surcharge is chargeable at $120 ($130.80 w GST ) for delivery before 10:30AM.
Mini Buffet to go: Delivery fee: $40 ($42.80 w GST).
- Additional $10 is chargeable for delivery locations to Sentosa and Jurong Island on top of the delivery fee.
Bento Boxes: Delivery fee: $40 ($42.80 w GST).

Service
1. What Oud’s delivery lead time?
We endeavour to deliver on time barring any unfavourable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Food delivery time is subject to +/- 30mins difference.
2. What is provided in the classic buffet setup?
We provide tables, disposable biodegradable plates, cutlery and cups for the Classic Buffet setup. Tableware and glassware can be arranged as a special request with additional charges. Damage to catering equipment will be charged.
3. Will there be service staff?
Our service staff are available at $87.20 ($80 w/o GST) for a 3-hour period and $27.25($25 w/o GST) for every additional hour.
4. What else do I need to take note of?
We reserve the right to:
Not deliver your order if payment is not received when it’s due (based on the invoice).
Change the dish to another of equivalent value on best efforts due to unavailability/seasonality.
Change or withdraw items, menus and prices without prior notice at our discretion.
